Volunteer Coordinator position for the "The Voice of Recruitment" project. Design, lead, and deploy an innovative platform connecting companies and students inspired by The Voice format to facilitate access to opportunities (permanent jobs, internships, apprenticeships) in a more human, personal, and equitable way. The project transcends traditional recruitment by highlighting candidates' personalities, motivation, and potential through engaging, differentiated experiences. As coordinator, you play a central orchestrating role: structuring the project, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring operational implementation.
