Mission description

Share and transmit your experience to support professional goals of young people in vocational and technical high schools to prevent school dropout. Help them integrate into work and society by fostering personal progress, professional projection and network development. A mentor provides support for developing self-esteem and confidence, career guidance, active listening, help with goal-setting and objective situation analysis.
