Lead collective awareness workshops on gender stereotypes and job diversity in secondary schools. Conduct 2-hour workshops with 10th and 12th grade classes in partner schools. Ambassadors lead 2-3 workshops per year. Mobilize the network of mentors around cafes, lunches, and meetings to exchange best practices. Workshops are aimed at young women. Training in facilitating our content will be provided. The commitment begins in September.
