City Delegate—Interviews of Excellence. A volunteer mission, supervised and supported step-by-step by the National Mission Officer. You will be the local representative of the program in your city: prepare the event with the officer's support, who validates major decisions and remains your contact throughout. The officer validates important choices with you, helps overcome obstacles, and stays available throughout. You move at your own pace with a clear framework. Plan several hours per week, with peak activity in the weeks before the event. This is a concrete event-planning experience and network-building opportunity (universities, speakers).
