The Restos du Cœur comprises a National Association, 11 Regional Delegations, and 111 Departmental associations coordinating food aid and support for people in over 2,300 centers with nearly 80,000 volunteers. The Orne mission manager is part of the Normandy Regional Delegation team. They represent the National Association with departmental teams, accompanying and advising on national orientations and implementation of activities and missions serving beneficiaries. Missions include relaying national orientations regarding welcome, listening, and support approaches.
