Mission description

The L'Espoir Aînés association provides free support to people over 60 to help them maintain independence and assert their rights. As a volunteer, you can: listen to the person and identify their needs, help them understand and complete administrative documents, assist with online tasks, help them use a computer, tablet, or phone, and inform and direct them to relevant services when necessary. The volunteer supports the person with kindness, without replacing social, legal, or medical professionals. By joining L'Espoir Aînés, you take concrete and useful action with elderly people.
