KodikoMission description
Become a mentor to a refugee to support their professional development. 23 hours of mentoring between November 17, 2026 and mid-April 2027. You will be paired with a refugee (we try to match you with someone in your field when possible). Share your professional experience, personal insights from your career path, and advice (no expertise in coaching or HR required). This is a commitment to effort, not results—your role is to transmit knowledge of the French professional world and support their career project, not to find them a job.
