Do you want to be the boost a young person needs in their school or career guidance? Do you enjoy mentoring and sharing your professional experience? Join our community of engaged professionals on JobIRL.com and become a mentor! After an exchange with our team and training, you'll be paired with a young person matching your profile. You'll help them progress remotely, a few hours per month, for approximately 6 months, supporting their career orientation, exploration of professions, training choices, and job/apprenticeship searches.
