JobIRL, the first career guidance network that connects young people and professionals! Our mission? To support young people aged 12 to 30 who lack professional networks and come from disadvantaged areas in their career guidance and job integration. By connecting them with professionals ready to share their experience, they discover career paths, professions, and thus build a realistic and ambitious career project. JobIRL also offers a mentoring program, allowing young people to be supported over time by a professional to build confidence and refine their project. For young people furthest from the professional world, JobIRL also runs the "Connect to Your Future" program with middle and high school students from priority neighborhoods or rural areas, and young people supported by integration organizations. Through fun workshops and inspiring meetings with professionals, young people become active participants in their career guidance journey!
