AFUTÉMission description
Afuté is a recognized association that partners with companies and healthcare facilities to help people with cognitive or mental disabilities (neurodevelopmental disorders, autism) enter ordinary employment. As a volunteer, assist specialized trainers working with groups of 4-6 people with disabilities, focusing on social skills and collective catering competencies. Teaching uses ABA methodology (Applied Behavior Analysis), recommended by Regional Health Agencies.
