You'll answer consumer questions about disputes during office hours. Handling consumer disputes is an essential activity in our local association, allowing us to meet consumers or members and help them resolve their issues. It's an opportunity to learn while helping others. No legal knowledge required, just common sense and listening skills. A legal team and law library are available to help answer consumer questions. We receive individuals in dispute with merchants, businesses, etc.
