We are a volunteer association whose mission is to inform, assist, advise, and advocate for consumers. We participate in surveys and campaigns led by Que Choisir Ensemble. We have a dedicated unit to help resolve consumer disputes. We also intervene in hospital settings as representatives of users. The tasks entrusted to our volunteers can be carried out either in person at our office or from their homes, depending on the nature of the work.
