Capital FillesMission description
Facilitate collective awareness workshops on gender stereotypes and occupational diversity in partner high schools. Run workshops for 2nd and final year students; one workshop equals 2 hours. Ambassadors lead 2-3 workshops per year. Mobilize the academy's network of mentors around cafés, lunches, and meetings to exchange good practices. Workshops target young women. Training in facilitating content will be provided. Commitment begins from September.
