Le Bouillon de Noailles, a public-interest association, carries out activities focused on vocational integration, information sharing, experimentation, and cultural projects in the unifying field of food and cooking. Projects are designed and implemented together with residents and partners from the city center. Le Bouillon de Noailles mobilizes neighbors, students, and professionals and raises funds to bring these ideas to life and enrich everyone's daily lives. Le Bouillon de Noailles manages 3 social kitchens: - Le Petit Bouillon, cooking and discovery workshops, awareness-raising sessions on balanced and sustainable eating, and shared meals in Noailles and throughout Marseille - L'Espace des enfants autonomes, a kitchen in Noailles that promotes learning for young people aged 6 to 11 - La Cuisine du 101, in St Mauront, a collective kitchen for those without one, a socio-cultural third space for the neighborhood. We participated in the opening of Cuisine de l'Arc, a socio-culinary venue in Noailles. Le Bouillon de Noailles also runs Ingrédient, a participatory magazine of culinary encounters.
