Reception, listening, and guidance for any person, traveler or non-traveler, in difficulty at Lyon Part Dieu station. The specific environment of train stations, where people face insecurity and anonymity, leads our 20 volunteer welcomers to address the urgent needs of travelers in difficulty, disoriented tourists, and bewildered occasional users. SOS Voyageurs does not replace SNCF services, but offers its time, availability, and expertise in listening and human relations in situations of distress.
