Une Banque Alimentaire (BA) est une association qui collecte, trie, stocke des aliments dans le but de lutter contre la faim et le gaspillage. Les denrées alimentaires ainsi collectées sont réparties dans des Associations et Centres Sociaux partenaires, qui vont à leur tour les distribuer « en direct » aux plus démunis.
