The Justice Conciliator is a communicator who enjoys public contact, is benevolent, attentive, and a good listener, has time to devote to others, is eager to maintain their dynamism and intellect, and has legal knowledge without requiring formal qualifications. Their role is enriching and rewarding, albeit voluntary. After mentoring with experienced Justice Conciliators, they take an Oath. During their mission, they receive training from the National School of the Judiciary (ENM) and are part of a solid team. They handle disputes concerning residential leases, rural leases, workplace matters, neighborhood issues, co-ownership, consumer affairs, and commerce. Everything is free for those seeking justice. In 2023, France's 2,600 Justice Conciliators concluded 170,000 cases. Join our Association.
