The Children's Social Services Home in Somme welcomes and supports unaccompanied minors aged 15 and over referred by the Department's Child Welfare Services. Through the Autonomy Support Service in Amiens, educational teams provide personalized support to 25 young people aged 15-18, assisting them with administrative procedures, school or job placement, French language learning, housing, and life skills. The goal is to help them find their place in society at their own pace, while valuing their skills, courage, and background.
