Unconditionally welcome people, ensure thoughtful food distribution while building connections, help unload and store deliveries, and participate in cleaning. Requirements include strong commitment to solidarity and compassion values, teamwork ability, empathy, respect for hygiene and confidentiality, and genuine respect for guests.
