Mission description

Share and pass on your experience while supporting the professional goals of young people in vocational and technical high schools to prevent school dropout. Your commitment will help them integrate into the work environment and society by encouraging their personal development, professional projection, and network building. A mentor provides support for self-esteem and confidence building, guidance in career orientation, active and compassionate listening, help exploring topics in depth, objective analysis of young people's situations, and assistance developing professional skills.
