Mission description

It is essential that people at risk of isolation receive regular, caring contact. This isolation can be addressed through phone calls, video calls, or other communication means. You will be connected with an isolated person through an association or public organization. You will exchange with the person, check on them, and alert structures if needed about their physical or mental health and expressed needs. When you commit to contacting elderly people, people with disabilities, people in poverty or precarity, or isolated individuals, you agree to follow established protocols.
