Mission description

Promote volunteer training by assessing training needs among volunteers and the delegation, participating in annual training planning and communication, and analyzing success. Implement the training plan by selecting trainers (volunteers, employees, partners, providers) based on themes and securing funding. Manage training administration by handling the training email, tracking registrations on shared documents, updating the national internal training platform, and managing training logistics including room reservations and confirmations.
