As responsible for the financial policy defined by our association's leadership, the treasurer manages accounts. Hello, I'm Edith Bernkels. Nearly 5 years ago, I founded the Esprit Qui Clic association with a friend to offer digital education projects and activities. After COVID, we launched digital inclusion with our small 'computer bus' traveling the countryside in eastern Seine-et-Marne helping residents use their computers. We haven't abandoned our digital education projects. Our neutral, non-judgmental approach has won support from many partners throughout Seine-et-Marne.
