Mission description

Phoenix Football School is an association-based football club in Béziers, founded in 2021 by volunteer parents. It welcomes young players in a family environment where respect, enjoyment, commitment, and individual progress are central. We seek volunteers to help supervise licensed youth during training and club events. Your role is supporting coaches in leading sessions, helping organize activities, and ensuring children have a motivating, caring, and safe sports setting. No specific football skills required—just motivation, seriousness, and a desire to pass on your knowledge.
