Mission description

Gendarmerie cadets aim to promote civic sense, citizenship, and republican values among young people; introduce the national gendarmerie, its missions, professions and staff; strengthen ties between youth and the gendarmerie; carry out collective projects serving the general interest in areas like road safety, environmental protection, and health prevention; and actively participate in organizing major events like solidarity, memorial, or intergenerational gatherings. Joining offers a strong collective human experience with other young people and participation in meaningful projects.
