PALABRE is a monthly forum in Nantes organized by YouthShare Initiatives for African students, youth from the African diaspora, and anyone interested in debating African history, culture, and current events. Each month covers a different theme with preparatory documents and a 3-hour Saturday session. Volunteers choose their level of involvement: participate in open debate or apply for one of 4-6 panel roles.
