As a volunteer, you assist the swimming instructor during sessions for children with disabilities. Under the qualified instructor's responsibility and guidance, you help create a reassuring and enjoyable pool environment. Your main tasks include: accompanying children in the water to reassure and guide them through exercises; encouraging and celebrating their progress to build confidence; reinforcing safety by monitoring compliance with the instructor's guidelines; and providing assistance with changing and mobility support.
