I coordinate the Bureaux du Cœur delegation in Réunion

Mission description

As a delegate, either solo or paired with a co-delegate, you ensure the development and visibility of your delegation. You have an overall vision of all delegation activities and work directly with your development manager to address challenges and share best practices. You'll recruit new volunteers, onboard them, ensure their training is completed, support referents, and organize regular team meetings. You're also responsible for keeping the CRM up to date.
