I co-lead a volunteer team on an itinerant distribution van

Mission description

Working in pairs, you'll be key to the van's smooth operation at the heart of local solidarity. You federate and organize to ensure each outing runs smoothly. You co-lead the volunteer team, welcome and integrate new volunteers, ensure implementation of guidelines (food safety, dignified distribution, person-centered care), manage operations according to processes, and maintain regular communication with activity referees.
