Help people navigate administrative procedures in a friendly spirit of mutual support. Facilitate access to rights by assisting beneficiaries with internet-based applications for social housing, benefits, healthcare, identity documents, visas, schooling, transportation passes, and more. Regular sessions occur on Mondays with opportunities to coordinate shifts with other volunteers.
