Mission description

With Les Antilopes, volunteer to mentor struggling business leaders in pairs with another volunteer whose skills complement yours. This partnership reflects our approach: two perspectives, two experiences, one shared stance of equality, never imposing knowledge or judgment. Support TPE and SME leaders (averaging 9.5 years experience, 60% with employees), across all sectors, averaging 47 years old. When entrepreneurs contact us, they're quickly contacted back and a questionnaire analyzes their situation.
