Mission description

As a mentor, you periodically support a young person in achieving a specific goal related to their career orientation or professional integration. This flexible mission adapts to your schedule: mentoring lasts 6 months (extendable to reach the goal), with 1-2 monthly meetings between young person and mentor. A few hours monthly make a difference—become a mentor with Parrains Par Mille! Working on a concrete goal adapted to their specific needs, you offer them the support needed to help them re-engage and move forward more confidently. You're a valuable reference point in their journey.
