I lead and facilitate a traveling group exploring territory and ecological transition initiatives

Mission description

Kaypacha organizes journeys to meet inspiring people and initiatives in ecological and solidarity transition (2026 themes: water, agriculture, food). We seek volunteers to lead and facilitate trips: guide groups on foot as a team ensuring everyone follows and feels good while managing timing and routes; animate the collective through activities and discussion encouraging exchanges among participants with different experiences. Being a Kaypacha volunteer means exploring your territory differently alongside diverse participants.
