I coordinate the Bureaux du Cœur delegation in Annecy

Mission description

As sole or co-coordinator, your main responsibility is ensuring your delegation's development and visibility with a global view of all activities. You work directly with your development manager, transmitting issues and good practices. You also recruit new volunteers (coordinators), integrate them, and ensure training is followed. You support and care for coordinators, organize regular team meetings, maintain the CRM, and monitor progress.
