Provide personalized, concrete human support to people facing life difficulties. You're the bridge between someone's distress and solutions they're unaware of. Your role is listening, guiding, and helping solve problems (rights, health, administrative procedures, access to aid) so each person regains dignity and autonomy. It directly benefits those in our community or using our services who are lost in precarity's complexities. It serves the Institution by grounding our action in concrete reality and saving life paths that could collapse without your help.
