ESSORMission description
With declining public French and European funding and reduced private donations, our NGO ESSOR wants to explore new support forms, particularly bequests. We seek a volunteer notary's support to get expert advice on whether our NGO can receive bequests from individuals. The goal is to better understand the legal conditions, points of attention, and possible steps needed to enable this type of donation. Any bequests received would be fully reinvested in our NGO's projects for direct benefit to our field work. The mission involves exchanging with our team to understand our situation.
