Mission description

These monthly mornings run as follows: 9:30-10am welcome and coffee, 10am-12pm cooking together, 12-2pm shared meal. Participants are limited to 10 people to maintain a friendly atmosphere. Practically, this involves: planning the menu and organizing shopping in advance, ensuring the workshop runs smoothly on Wednesdays by welcoming participants, helping organize tasks, respecting schedules, etc. All in a friendly and participatory spirit (this is not a cooking class, but a place where we cook and eat together). The workshop theme, "World Cuisines," aims to promote cultural exchanges around food.
