I become co-coordinator of a local ESA school mentoring branch

Mission description

You will be co-coordinator of a local ESA (Friendly School Support) branch, which works toward equal opportunity and success for disadvantaged young people. You will join a team of 40 mentors and 3 branch coordinators. Your role involves recruiting volunteer mentors, leading team meetings, meeting with families, organizing mentor-student pairings, following up on mentorships, supporting volunteers and families, proposing activities to open young people's minds to the world, exchanging with institutions and parents, and ensuring proper communication channels.
