I co-coordinate a local school mentoring branch in Montreuil

Mission description

Join ESA (Entraide Scolaire Amicale), working for equal opportunity with disadvantaged children and youth. The Montreuil Bagnolet branch has 40 mentors and 3 co-coordinators who share responsibilities: recruiting volunteer mentors, coordinating team meetings, meeting families to assess needs, organizing mentor-mentee pairs, following up on mentorships, supporting volunteers and families, proposing world-opening activities (outings, workshops, meetings), and liaising with institutions (schools, town halls).
