I welcome, listen to, and administratively and/or financially support people in difficulty. You'll join an established volunteer team; experienced volunteers will train you on activities, you'll always meet people with at least two volunteers, and training is offered to feel confident. Within a volunteer team running a solidarity shop, you may conduct individual meetings with beneficiaries for: active listening, administrative guidance, and potentially deciding on financial aid requests. You'll also connect with social services.
