Mission description

Draw Me a Sheep (DMUM) seeks to strengthen its fundraising and funding capacity, essential for its development. With decreasing public funding for health and youth, DMUM is experiencing a sharp increase in supported cases and must, to sustain its work: secure multi-year funding, respond to public and private calls for projects, structure a grants pipeline, and develop relationships with foundations, businesses and sponsors. The operational team is fully focused on supporting beneficiaries, making it difficult to regularly and qualitatively handle monitoring, writing and managing funding applications.
