NightlineMission description
The Mental Health Fresco® is a peer-to-peer collective intelligence workshop lasting 3 hours with 8-10 participants, facilitated by a trained pair of young people. Its goal is to equip everyone to care for their own mental health and that of others through awareness, information, and engagement opportunities. Using various animation techniques and approximately thirty cards, it explores: what is mental health? What influences it? What strategies help care for mental health? The session concludes with collective engagement suggestions for participants.
