I help an association build its impact measurement.

Mission description

Plume et Long-gage supports newcomers and parents through French language learning, social connection, and mental health support. To better evaluate and demonstrate the effectiveness of its actions to partners and funders, the association seeks a volunteer to lead impact measurement. Working with the team and director, you will: define the evaluation framework, identify objectives and expected results, define relevant quantitative and qualitative indicators, and build an activity and impact tracking dashboard.
