I help elderly people access their rights

Mission description

Help isolated elderly people at home with basic digital or administrative tasks: recovering a lost password, creating an email address, filling out simple forms, making phone calls together... Small everyday things that are easy for you but invaluable for seniors. Host digital support sessions at senior residences with another volunteer. The association trains volunteers, accompanies them on their first assignments, and provides necessary materials to help people access their administrative procedures.
