I lead a volunteer team during collection operations

Mission description

The Collection and Logistics team leader conducts an operation assigned by the pole coordinator. You prepare the team, assign roles, ensure safety during collection, transport, handling and receiving, and report accurate quantities, discrepancies, and incidents. Gain experience and skills in: managing a social and solidarity economy service, team coordination, and concrete project management. You supervise specialized collection volunteers, transport, sorting, storage and inventory volunteers, and new volunteers on immersion.
