I become volunteer general secretary of an association

Mission description

We're looking for a general secretary for our association. Responsible for the proper management of our organization, this role is central to our operations. The volunteer's role includes multiple aspects: managing administrative operations (ongoing files, correspondence, compliance with bylaws), maintaining member records, drafting meeting minutes and reports, managing meetings and the association's schedule. Required skills: rigor, teamwork ability, strong writing skills, respect for confidentiality. Once participation is validated, the volunteer must be elected to the board.
