RCC78 seeks volunteer team leaders to support its different age groups and actively participate in club life. Team leaders are essential to smooth operations. Alongside coaches and trainers, you'll organize the season and support teams during training, matches, and tournaments. Your missions include organizing the category throughout the season, maintaining communication between club, staff, players, and families, organizing matches and trips, supporting the team on match days, and fostering camaraderie.
