Collect items from voluntary donations while preserving quality, welcome the public, sort with users, inform them about appropriate redirects to other channels if needed, then store according to defined criteria. Evaluate the reuse potential of recovered items, classify and distribute them according to defined spaces and criteria. Maintain and restock items in the shop, ensure proper displays, price items, tag products for sale, prioritize selling time by welcoming and advising users, manage the cash register while verifying labels, and ensure proper rotation of items.
