I coordinate monthly member meetings on European topics

Mission description

Organize our monthly member meetings by contacting potential speakers from an identified list, proposing dates, preparing agendas (15–20 minutes presentation on a European topic + 45 minutes discussion), sending invitations, and following up three days before. On meeting day, welcome participants and introduce the speaker. These meetings are central to association life—they build community, circulate ideas, and allow members with varied skills to contribute to Europe.
