I coordinate monthly member meetings on European topics

Mission description

Do you enjoy coordinating, bringing people together, and ensuring everything runs smoothly? We're looking for someone to organize our monthly member meetings. You'll contact potential speakers (from a list of 5-6 pre-identified profiles), propose dates, prepare the agenda (15-20 minute presentation on a European topic + 45 minutes of discussion time), send invitations to members, and follow up 3 days before. On meeting day, you'll welcome participants. Evening availability is essential as meetings are held in the evenings, as are preparation meetings. Average 2-3 hours per month.
