Join the Volunteer Pathway team at CCFD Terre Solidaire and connect with people wanting to volunteer. Accompany their journey within our association alongside other volunteers and staff. Your role includes: contacting potential new volunteers by phone and email, organizing welcome interviews to present the association, understanding their interests and availability, and identifying possible missions; directing new volunteers to mission leads and informing the volunteer database manager; maintaining regular contact with recently arrived volunteers through scheduled meetings.
